Northeastern alum Wendy Williams will be in Boston Friday to hype - what else?- her daytime talk show. Williams, who got her start at KISS 108 way back when, is enjoying some success in the world of daytime TV. Now in its third season, "The Wendy Williams Show" has just been renewed through 2014. Guests in recent weeks have included Charlie Sheen , Simon Cowell , Jane Lynch , Elizabeth Hurley , and Whoopi Goldberg … . Word is actor Brian White will be at Northeastern Saturday as part of the United Negro College Fund's "Empower Me Tour.
