Copies of “History of Chelmsford: 1910-1970,” written by local historian Eleanor Parkhurst and Chelmsford Historical Commission member Fred Merriam, are now on sale in the town manager’s office at 50 Billerica Road and the Chelmsford Copy and Secretarial Center on Alpine Lane.
