The Planning Board has completed its proposed updates of the parking and loading requirements in the town’s zoning bylaws, in anticipation of bringing the updates to this spring’s Town Meeting. The final draft can be viewed on the town’s website at www.bellinghamma.org under the “Town News’’ section.
