Lend-a-Hand Auction Feb. 25

Opportunity Works, a local nonprofit that provides employment, community, and recreational services to individuals with developmental delays, is sponsoring its annual Lend-a-Hand Auction. The event is scheduled for noon to 9 p.m. Feb. 25. Bidders can watch the broadcast live on Comcast and streamed on portmedia.org. The auction features sports tickets and memorabilia, a stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston, and an African safari. To check out a complete list of items, visit www.opportunityworks.org. Items may be previewed from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Feb.23 at the Nock Middle School, 70 Low St. Winning bidders should pick up and pay for their items between noon and 3 p.m. Feb. 26.
