Mitt Romney got a narrow win in Maine’s Republican caucuses, but Ron Paul’s campaign thinks the results could have been different if Washington County had not postponed their caucuses because of the snow.
Jesse Benton, national chairman for Ron Paul campaign, says he was disappointed the Washington County caucus was postponed to next week and thinks the Texas congressman could have picked up another 200 votes if they had been held Saturday.
Benton also says Paul is in the race until someone wins enough delegates to win the nomination: 1,144.
