Recipe for tangerine drinking chocolate

4  cups water 

4  tablespoons sugar 

6  ounces dark (66 percent) chocolate 

 Juice of 4 tangerines 

4  teaspoons honey 

1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a vigorous boil. Cook 1 minute.

2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate and tangerine juice.

3. Return to medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the first bubbles appear on the surface. Immediately remove from heat. Whisk to a froth and pour into warm mugs. Stir 1 teaspoon honey into each. Adapted from Dancing Lion Chocolate
