GREEN ELECTRICITY just found a new customer after I read David Abel’s article, “Green electricity finds few customers in Mass.’’ (Page A1, Jan. 31), about NStar’s green power buying program. It was just the reminder I needed to sign on, but not through the utility company website, whose language about NStar Green I found a bit hard to follow, as did the Brookline activist quoted in the article. Instead, I went to Mass Energy’s user-friendly website, which was easier to understand and let me choose a payment level for New England wind power, starting at $5 per month, separate from my electricity bill.
