A MUFFULETTA wouldn’t be a muffuletta without it, but the olive salad that makes the sandwich is good for oh so much more. Try it alongside meat, fish, poultry, or vegetables, on grilled bread as a bruschetta, in grilled cheese sandwiches and bean salads, atop baked potatoes, risotto, or polenta. The possibilities go on and on.
