Chef-owner Chuck Draghi's charming restaurant, Erbaluce, is tucked away on Church St. at the edge of the Bay Village neighborhood. Its existence is hardly a secret anymore (the Globe named it one of the city's best new spots in 2011) although regulars may wish it were so.
Beginning Sunday evening February 5, and for subsequent first Sundays thereafter, Draghi is hosting wine and food "tours" of Italy, presenting six wines accompanied with small bites typical of the region in question.
