Commuter rail parking fees cut

An annual pass for a guaranteed parking spot and a ride to the South Acton train station has been reduced from $500 to $250, according to the town’s website, www.stow-ma.gov. In addition, the monthly pass for a parking spot near the train stop has been reduced from $50 to $40. The satellite parking program was started in response to overcrowding at the commuter rail station’s lot. - Matt Gunderson
