Andres Torres scored 16 points and dished out 10 assists to lead Hartford over Maryland-Baltimore County 74-57 on Tuesday night.
The Hawks (3-14, 3-2 America East Conference) shot 51 percent from the field (25 of 49), led by Torres’ distributions.
Wes Cole added 13 points, going 4 of 6 from 3-point range as the Hawks shot 45.8 percent from behind the arc (11 of 24). Hartford made 7 of 14 3-pointers in the first half and led 33-27 at the break.
