The Board of Health unanimously voted last month to adopt a regulation that will ban the sale of tobacco products in health care institutions, which includes pharmacies and facilities where a pharmacy is located. There are two businesses in town, Rite Aid and CVS, which will be affected by the regulation. Town officials said the businesses were notified in advance and did not submit any comments. The regulation takes effect on Feb. 14. - Jennifer Fenn Lefferts
