An Abington resident arrested 11 days ago on numerous drug-related charges remains in custody at the Plymouth House of Correction.

A search warrant was used to gain access to the home of Robert Sampson at 91 Green St. for a Dec. 14 raid by state, local, and federal law enforcement officers.

Inside the home, the officers allegedly found hallucinogenic mushrooms, a lab with volatile items commonly used to create so-called crystal meth, and a visitor who said he purchased drugs at the residence at least 10 times.

Sampson, 38, was arrested and charged in Brockton District Court with peddling a harmful substance, distribution of a Class C substance, possession of a Class C substance, possession with the intent to distribute a Class C substance, two counts of reckless endangerment of a child, attempt to commit a crime, and possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute, according to a criminal case specialist at the Brockton District Court clerk’s office.

Sampson was previously jailed for possession of a Class B substance, and was arrested in 2009 with his wife, Krysty Sampson, when Abington police responding to a phoned-in report of an intruder at the Green Street address found cultivated marijuana plants there.

Sampson violated the conditions set on that case, which was continued without a finding last year, by testing positive for cocaine last month and failing to show for several urinalysis tests in the last two months.

Bail was set at $100,000, but Sampson remains in custody because his bail was revoked due to his previous drug charge, according to the Brockton District Court clerk’s office.
