Sweet, moist, and buttery cinnamon streusel coffee cake ($20 for a 10-inch Bundt cake; $3 a slice), and dark and spicy pumpkin loaf ($12 for the cake, $2.50 for a slice) are two of the best sellers at Glutenus Minimus, a gluten-free bakery in Belmont. You’ll also find molasses spice cookies ($1.25), eggnog doughnut muffins ($2.50), Red Velvet cupcakes ($3), and many baking mixes for cookies, cakes, muffins, pizza crust, and bread ($10). Fresh breads come out of the ovens in rotation: French bread on Tuesdays and Fridays; brioche and sandwich bread on Wednesdays, challah on Thursdays, French and brioche on Fridays.

Owner Natalie McEachern, who has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, which is present in many grains, began small three years ago and now wholesales to many locations, including Stone Hearth Pizza, City Feed and Supply in Jamaica Plain, Bacon Street Farm in Natick, and Roche Bros. in Sudbury and Burlington.
