Property tax bills coming due

The property tax bills for the first half of fiscal 2012 are due Dec. 1, according to the town tax collector’s office. Bills were mailed Oct. 31, and the payment for the second half will be due May 2, 2012. Officials ask residents that if they pay online, they need to allow enough time for the bank to generate a check and mail it to the town. Anyone who has not received a tax bill should contact the tax collector’s office at 508-763-3871, ext. 16 or 10.
