JIMMY WEBB The legendary songwriter, and current chairman of the board of the Songwriters’ Hall of Fame, is responsible for tunes as varied as “Wichita Lineman,’’ “Up, Up and Away,’’ and the trippy “MacArthur Park.’’ In 2010, Webb released “Just Across the River’’ featuring such famous friends as Billy Joel, Vince Gill, Willie Nelson, and Glen Campbell.
