Kelsey Grammer is the 'Boss'

The bracing new Starz series "Boss" is a dark political tale of political corruption in Chicago. It's also a tough-minded character study, with Kelsey Grammer completely shedding his Frasier persona as Mayor Tom Kane. Here's my review.
