If you're at Fenway for the second game of the doubleheader on Monday, give a big cheer for a kid throwing out the first pitch.
Evan Williams, a 10-year-old from Brookline, will do the honors. He is a Children’s Hospital Boston patient with cerebral palsy.
Evan will assist CVS Caremark and Children’s Hospital Boston in celebrating the $1 million mark in donations from CVS Caremark to the Hospital. In addition to throwing out the first pitch, he will join CVS Caremark leaders, as well as doctors from the Hospital, on the field at Fenway Park for a pre-game check presentation ceremony.
