Sustainable Belmont is holding a Green Belmont Garden Tour today from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to showcase 10 organic gardens. The tour will wind through eight private gardens and two public gardens in town, and visitors will be able to view beehives and chicken coops in addition to flowers, fruits, and vegetables, organizers said. It will include stops at the Belmont Victory Gardens, a 2-acre community operation at Rock Meadow with almost 150 plots; the herb, butterfly, and community gardens of the Massachusetts Audubon Society’s Habitat Center and Wildlife Sanctuary; and gardens at private homes along Woodland Road, Waverly Street, Gilbert Road, Carleton Circle, Raleigh Road, Pine Street, and Belmont Street.
