Actress Sarah Jessica Parker was in Moscow on Sunday for a screening of her new comedy, “I Don’t Know How She Does It.’’ The film is based on a best-selling novel by Allison Pearson and set in the United Kingdom, but on screen the action takes place in Boston. Most scenes were filmed in New York, except for a few, one of which has Parker in front of Faneuil Hall and another that features Parker and costar Christina Hendricks in Post Office Square.
