New Kid on the Block Donnie Wahlberg tweeted a cute apology to fans about his touring partners, the Backstreet Boys, wearing Lakers jerseys in Los Angeles the other night. “Dear Bostonians … Please forgive BSB for wearing Lakers jerseys last night in LA! It was for a good cause. All in the spirit of fun!’’ Donnie, a diehard Celtics fan, did not sport a Lakers jersey during the West Coast performance. He barely even had his own shirt on during an after party at the Los Angeles club Conga Room.
