Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew Tomorrow at 9 p.m., VH1

I’m still waiting for a show about celebrity rehab that has nothing to do with drugs or alcohol. It would be a show that directly addresses how failing D-list performers try to rehab their images by going into rehab and by going on reality shows. It would be called “ ‘Celebrity’ ‘Rehab’ ’’ and it would feature a few image consultants. In the meantime, here’s the dummy version, with a new set of dummies including Sean Young, Amy Fisher, and Michael Lohan. Pictured: Dr. Drew.

The Marriage Ref Tomorrow at 10 p.m., Channel 7

If we’re going to let Howie Mandel pick our “talent,’’ we might as well let Jerry Seinfeld get all up in our marriages. The show returns for season 2 tomorrow night with Seinfeld, Ricky Gervais, and Julianne Moore as the judges. They hear marital arguments involving mothers-in-law and man caves, and they try to untangle them while making jokes. Tom Papa returns as the host.

Carson Nation 10 p.m., OWN

Makeo’ers. He’s a poet.

2011 BET Awards Tomorrow at 8 p.m., BET

Willow vs. Jaden. I’m stressing.

True Blood Tomorrow at 9 p.m., HBO

Is she a good witch or a bad witch?

Law & Order: Criminal Intent Tomorrow at 9 p.m., USA

The series finale. I’ll miss not watching you.
