Art for ARTcetera’s sake

It’s no secret that Barbara Lee has a killer art collection, and a few lucky folks got a look at it this week. Lee hosted a benefit for ARTcetera, the contemporary art auction that raises money for the AIDS Action Committee. (ARTcetera, which is its 25th year, takes place in October.) Guests included party planner Bryan Rafanelli and right-hand man Billy Evers, AIDS Action CEO Rebecca Haag, Phoenix publisher Stephen Mindich and wife Maria Lopez, restaurateur Chris Myers, Matt Damon’s artist brother Kyle, 28 Degrees owner Bill Emery, designer Dennis Duffy, realtor Beth Dickerson, fashionista Betty Riaz, attorney Maggie Seelig, photographer Ken Dietz, writer Wyndham Lewis, and philanthropist Ashley Bernon.
