SHOPPING LIST

(For grilled lobsters, chowder)

5 fresh lobsters (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds each)

1 bunch fresh thyme

1 bunch fresh oregano

1/2 bunch fresh parsley

4 ears fresh corn

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 stick unsalted butter

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup olive oil

3 medium Yukon Gold or Yellow Finn potatoes
