I Was Bitten 10 p.m., Discovery Channel

I can’t watch. But I have to. But I can’t. But I have to. Etc. Etc. This show is a graphic look at people who were bitten by tigers and snakes. We see photos of their massacred limbs and hear stories of their post-traumatic stress. Also: re-creations of the attacks and close-ups of the offending animals. Sweet dreams, my friends. Don’t let the bedbugs . . .

OK, it’s a little exciting. Chef Duff makes a cake for a Best Buddies International gala, and our superstar quarterback Tom Brady is hosting the event.
