Chocolate sauce

Makes about 1/2 cup

2 ounces semisweet chocolate 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 cup light cream

1. In a small heavy saucepan, combine the chocolate, honey, sugar, and cream.

2. Cook over low heat, stirring often, for 2 minutes, or until the chocolate melts and the mixture is well blended. Adapted from "Barefoot in Paris"
